DHS 发布项新规，未来 USCIS 可以要求部分移民申请表格只能在线递交。

如果 USCIS 决定某一表格必须电子递交，需要先在官网发布通知，并至少提前 60 天公告。60 天后，相关纸质申请将不再被接受。

A new DHS rule will allow USCIS to require certain immigration forms to be filed online only.

Before making e-filing mandatory for a particular form, USCIS must announce the change on its website and provide at least 60 days’ notice before paper filings are no longer accepted.

DHS has sent a proposed rule (RIN: 1615-AD22) to the White House for review that would eliminate the current 60-day grace period for H-1B workers who lose their jobs.

This proposal is not final. DHS has only submitted it to the White House Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs (OIRA) for review.
